Celebrating Our Past, Present and Future at the 4th Annual ImageFIRST Day

This year’s fourth annual ImageFIRST Day celebration was a success! We shut down ImageFIRST locations throughout the Unites States and Puerto Rico to allow all of our associates to go offsite and have a fun, productive day.

There were many incredible events throughout the day, including team building activities, a ceremony of recognition for associates nominated as “All Stars”, a celebration of the Council of Excellence winners and community giving participation.

All Star Associates & The Council of Excellence

At ImageFIRST, associates who go above and beyond are nominated by their peers for formal recognition, and a number of them are selected to become All Star associates. Out of the fifty to sixty associates chosen to be All Stars, the top performers are nominated to be on the Council Of Excellence. Winners of that category are honored with a special video viewed by all associates on ImageFIRST Day. In addition, Council Of Excellence members are also invited (along with a guest) on a special Pinnacle Trip to reward them for their hard work and remarkable dedication. This year, the Pinnacle Trip location is in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Community Giving

After the award ceremony, ImageFIRST associates participated in community giving events, donating their time and money to a charity of their choice. Last year, ImageFIRST locations were involved in almost 50 community service events. In 2016, we happily donated time and money to 100 organizations and gave over $500,000 in monetary donations and in-kind donations. We regularly work with notable charities such as the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Habitat for Humanity, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and more.

Looking Forward

From designating time for associates to socialize and team building for charitable donations, everything we do is in service of our Purpose: To build a great company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, our community, our customers, and their patients. We’ve been doing it for 50 years, and hope to for at least another 50 more.
